Method of preparation: Place the above 16 medicinals in a basin and add 3 kilograms of aged vinegar (Chen Cu) and 4 kilograms of spring water (Qing Quan Shui). Soak for 1 week and then add 120ml of white alcohol (Bai Jiu). Decant and keep in a tightly sealed porcelain bottle.
Method of use: Pour 250g of tincture into a basin before each practice session. Add 1 kilogram of boiling water. Rub the hand and arms in this bath for 30 minutes.
